ABOVE & BEYOND doesn't even come close to the experience I had with Michael helping me find my first home! As a first-time homebuyer, I was so nervous and uneducated on where to even start. Michael held my hand through the whole process and was there to answer any questions I had, night or day, regarding the pre-approval, house searching, escrow, inspection, and closing process...and believe me...I had a lot of questions! He completely understood me and my needs. Even though I was fearful that I wouldn't be able to get a place I was hoping for in the current market we were experiencing, he was diligent and found me the perfect new construction home that had all the things I wanted and more! On the first try might I add! Although, the first place he showed me had everything I wanted and was just ME (he knew it. I knew it), he also knew that for my first time, I would need to see other options to solidify my choice. Not only was he patient, he was excited to do it! You can tell that Michael enjoyed every bit of the process and helping educate me through it. He has passion for helping people find their first homes and you can tell when interacting with him. When dealing with builders in new construction, you need someone like Michael on your side. The builder didn't always have my best interest, but Michael did. He has a deep knowledge about the business and even just homes in general. The above and beyond service was definitely reflective when it came time to do my blue tape walk through. The walk through consultant definitely was distracting me and pulling my attention to how to operate the functions of the house and the random things like the stove to pass the allocated time, I was not going to be able to blue tape everything and make sure to get everything fixed I wanted too. While the guy kept talking at me, Michael literally blue tapped my entire home for me (with very thorough detail might I add). He even educated the consultant on the proper set up of radon system and had them firmly secure the plastic in my crawl space, so it worked properly. The point is, Michael was there for me and didn't care about anyone else's interest. He was in my corner, supporting me as I achieved my goal. BEST SERVICE & EXPERIENCE I have ever had!
